Sagem-Interstar, the worldwide leader in Fax over IP server technology, is seeking a C++ developer to join its R&D team in Montreal.

Reporting directly to Project Managers, the candidate will assist in the software development of various products.

Main Duties

• Assist in defining software functionalities
• Implement software functionalities in C++
• Develop unit tests
• Collaborate with the technical writer to document product interfaces
• Implement fixes to existing software functionalities
• Build product test plans
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the R&D team
• Work on software development projects in C++/CORBA

Required Skills

Essential:

• Expert knowledge of C++ and STL

Asset:

• Knowledge of Boost
• Knowledge of CORBA (TAO/ACE)

Optional:

• Knowledge of Java and/or C#/.NET

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
• 1-2 years of software programming experience
