Administrative Clerk

Reports to: Controller

Main Duties

  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Check all receipts on expense reports
  • Make bank deposits
  • Send licenses for the Sales Department
  • Burn CDs for the Sales Department
  • Order office supplies on line
  • Responsible for redirecting all faxes to the right department
  • Responsible for distributing the mail
  • Send out parcels and regular mail daily
  • Welcome visitors
  • Answer and re-direct outside calls
  • Responsible for administrative tasks for the General Manager, the Accounting Department and Human Resources
  • Filing and other tasks

Required Skills

Essential:

  • Bilingual, spoken and written in French and English
  • Professional, mature and sensitive with confidential files, a multi-tasker/team player
  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite

Asset:

  • Knowledge of Simply Accounting / ACCPAC

Experience & Education

  • College degree
  • 5 years experience in a head office environment.
