Reports to: Controller
Main Duties
- Prepare purchase orders
- Check all receipts on expense reports
- Make bank deposits
- Send licenses for the Sales Department
- Burn CDs for the Sales Department
- Order office supplies on line
- Responsible for redirecting all faxes to the right department
- Responsible for distributing the mail
- Send out parcels and regular mail daily
- Welcome visitors
- Answer and re-direct outside calls
- Responsible for administrative tasks for the General Manager, the Accounting Department and Human Resources
- Filing and other tasks
Required Skills
Essential:
- Bilingual, spoken and written in French and English
- Professional, mature and sensitive with confidential files, a multi-tasker/team player
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite
Asset:
- Knowledge of Simply Accounting / ACCPAC
Experience & Education
- College degree
- 5 years experience in a head office environment.
